To reserve one of our properties or to make a payment on an existing reservation follow the below steps:

To reserve a property follow the below steps:

1 - Submit a request for availability and pricing.  If you need to obtain a price quote click on CONTACT US.
     If you sent your request through a different web site and received the price contract skip to step 3.


2 - When we receive your request we will send you a contact containing the price and other information required to reserve the property.


3 - BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THE PAYMENT
  • Check the property's calendar below to ensure the property is still available. 
  • Once we send you the contract we CANNOT guarantee how long a property will be available for.
  • THERE MAY BE A TIMING DELAY if we receive a payment  for a reservation and the calendar has not been updated.
  • 99% of the time the calendar will display the correct availability of the property.
  • If we receive your payment and the property is not available for the dates requested we will contact you. 
  • Your payment will either be refund to you or can be applied to a different date or property.






If the property is available continue to Step 4 - Payment Instructions below.


4 - PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Read ALL the instructions below before clicking on the PAY NOW Button.
You will need the price contact we sent to you in order to continue.

Once you click the PAY NOW button enter the following in the box labeled "Unit price":

FOR A NEW RESERVATION enter the amount on the contract labeled "rental deposit" which is the deposit due to reserve the property then Click on "Update totals".

FOR AN EXISTING RESERVATION enter the amount on the contract labeled "Balance Due" then Click on "Update totals".


If you DO NOT have a paypal account
Click on continue on the left side of the payment page.
Follow the instructions on page and click on "Review Order and Continue".
CLICK on "Add special instructions to merchant"
   Enter the name of the person the contact was sent to and the dates on the contact you would like to reserve
   Example: Joe Smith July 3, 2010 to July 10, 2010.
Click "Pay Now"

If you DO have a paypal account you may log into your account by entering your login details on the right side of the page.
CLICK on "Add special instructions to merchant"
   Enter the name of the person the reservation is under and the dates of the reservation
   Example: Joe Smith July 3, 2010 to July 10, 2010.
Payment method: You may use a method saved in your Paypal profile account or click on "Add credit card" to add a new credit card.
Click "Pay Now"


Click the PAY NOW button for the property you are making the payment for and follow the instructions above. 











With-in 12-24 hours after your payment is made we will send you a notification to confirm your payment and any further instructions to complete your reservation.
